Business Plan – The Target Market

The target market for the Fenway Collection 1912 is the Red Sox fan. As we are a Boston based company, our initial customer base will focus on the New Englander. Our goal is to promote our website to a local fan base.

Or target client should have a strong affinity for the Red Sox; she should make over $35,000 per year. Our client need not have a collection. We will provide a great deal of resources and information on how to start a collection.


The blog will also feature key acquistions to the collection. Below is a game used brick from Fenway Park (built in 1912). The brick is authenticated by MLB>
