Fenway 1912’s pricing power will remain in line and slightly less than the industry leaders. Our overhead is not only less, but this should bring in business on the price shopper. Our brand will lend us credbility for higher pricing. Most companies in the online memorabilia business sell all type of memorabilia with no loyal base.

Our market is the Red Sox fan. Fenway Collection 1912 will have local roots and our story will be reflected in the professionalism of our website, our packaging and all our marketing materials. Fenway Collection 1912 will also practice a white glove approach to customer service.

A daily special, clearance section and email newsletter will encourage weekly visits to our website.
