Fenway 1912 – Business Plan E-Commerce

We did however sell Jason Varitek’s shin guards last week.

E-Commerce Competition includes Steiner Sports, redsox connection, chowdaheadz, red sox team store, mlb, iron clad authentics, mounted memories and the baseball hall of fame.

The competitors; biggest weakness is their focus. their product offerings seek to be all things to all fans, Our focus remains the Red Sox and Fenway Park. Our competitors also offer no packaging and little branding or brand awareness.
